Refund policy

At Ethnichik, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience remains positive.

Domestic Orders (India):

Returns:

  • No exchange and return for EOSS sale product and Flat 999 Store
  • You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • The cost of return shipping will be borne by you.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges:

  • To initiate an exchange, we first need to receive the item you wish to exchange. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange. The replacement product will be dispatched at our cost.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us with any questions about specific items.

Refunds:

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at Ashlesha@ethnichik.com

International Orders (USA and Canada):

Returns:

  • For international customers, you have 10 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by you.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags intact. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a store credit in the form of a unique coupon code, which can be used for future purchases.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange a product, we will dispatch the replacement product at our cost once we receive the returned item.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags intact.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Returns and exchanges for international orders will only be accepted within 10 days of receiving the product.
  • Store credit issued for returns will be valid for future purchases only.
  • Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for international orders.
